Aggh... Hot...

I'm feeling:: hot
I'm listening to:: Talk radio
A hundred and one frickin' degrees here in Aurora today. DAMN.
My office is in a loft at the top of the house, too - the hottest part of the house - and our air conditioning's on the fritz. Our house has some weird heat pump thing that serves to heat and cool both, and it's sort of limping along. We need to keep it going for another year or two.
So, I'm sitting up here in gym shorts and a t-shirt, sweating, with all my fans turned on to my various CPUs to keep them cool. I'm going to need to get water-cooled cases for these things so I can use the fans for me.
In other news, the ghost writing contract is signed and sealed. About $7k; I'll get started on it as soon as he gets me the 25% down, sometime next week. It's going to be a fun project. We met at the Krispy Kreme in Aurora today, went over the contract, signed it, talked about the book for ten minutes and about World War 2 for an hour.

Donuts: is there anything they can't do?
